Service Description
The Den’s Hot Yoga class is the perfect combination of improving flexibility, balance and enhancing your sense of calmness. Compared to a non-heated room, the heat quickly causes the body's soft tissues to become more relaxed, helping your body flow through each posture. The Den’s Hot Yoga class begins with finding stillness and activating the body slowly. After warming up the body, your instructor will take you through different vinyasa sequences, while adding a core sequence and balancing sequence. Our Hot Yoga class ends with a very relaxing savasana pose, also known as surrender pose, to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This class is led by experienced instructors, guiding you to feel confident on the inside and out.
