BEGINNER'S PILATES

The Den’s Beginner's Mat Pilates class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates exercises. Led by experienced instructors, this class focuses on developing core strength, improving flexibility, and tuning into overall body awareness. Perfect for newcomers, this slower paced low impact class offers suitable adjustments that will aid in your understanding of the exercises, while simultaneously enhancing your strength and control. Whether you're looking to improve posture, tone muscles, or simply enjoy a mindful workout, this class is tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals with confidence. 

BEGINNER'S YOGA

This Beginner's Yoga class is a Vinyasa flow designed for anyone looking to develop their basic skills in Yoga. Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterized by seamlessly connecting Yoga postures with the breath. This session moves slower and focuses on teaching key poses with safe and clear alignment. Our beginners yoga class is here to make you feel supported, calm, and naturally energized. All ages and bodies are welcomed.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Let’s get comfy. The Den’s Restorative Yoga class is a 60 minute session that prioritizes the mental benefits of yoga. With the use of props to provide total support, restorative yoga allows you to hold poses for extended periods of time while experiencing deep relaxation. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to help us attain physical, mental, and emotional relaxation through the use of props to help us relax in poses without strain or pain. Come in and recharge with this class. 

HOT YOGA

The Den’s Hot Yoga class is the perfect combination of improving flexibility, balance and enhancing your sense of calmness. Compared to a non-heated room, the heat quickly causes the body's soft tissues to become more relaxed, helping your body flow through each posture. The Den’s Hot Yoga class begins with finding stillness and activating the body slowly. After warming up the body, your instructor will take you through different vinyasa sequences, while adding a core sequence and balancing sequence. Our Hot Yoga class ends with a very relaxing savasana pose, also known as surrender pose, to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. This class is led by experienced instructors, guiding you to feel confident from the inside and out.

HOT PILATES

Join our invigorating Hot Pilates class, where you'll experience a dynamic fusion of Pilates exercises in a heated environment. Designed to elevate your fitness journey and enhance your cardiovascular system, this full body class ignites all muscles muscle groups with movements guided through breath work. Led by skilled instructors, each class offers a challenging yet rewarding workout that aims to enhance flexibility, build muscle tone, and improve overall endurance. This class is intensified by the heated environment, so we recommended taking this class after our beginners mat Pilates class. This 45 minute session will leave you feeling energized and accomplished! 

HEATED STRETCH 

It’s time to loosen up! The Den’s Heated Stretch is designed to help your muscles stay healthy and flexible. Starting with alignment-based yoga postures, then focusing on specific stretches for each muscle group, this 45 minute class will have you feeling brand new. Stretching in a heated room not only improve muscle flexibility, but it also decreases blood glucose levels, increases blood flow and oxygen levels, and helps deliver nutrients to your muscles. Everyone is welcome to attend this class! All those who want to invest in their personal health and wind down, regardless of age, gender, or size.
